The Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) will offer 240 vacant residential lots located in Tiaong, Quezon via electronic public bidding (e-bidding) scheduled on August 20, 2026. Bid submissions shall be through the PDIC’s e-bidding portal at https://assetsforsale.pdic.gov.ph, beginning at 9:00 a.m. on August 19 until 1:00 p.m. on August 20. Opening of bids is set on August 20, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.
The vacant residential lots are in Greenville Subdivision, Barangay Lusacan, Tiaong, Quezon, with minimum disposal prices ranging from P119,000 to P1 million. Strategically located near schools, the Tiaong Municipal Hall, and other commercial establishments, Greenville Subdivision combines everyday convenience with strong investment potential.
With the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) Toll Road 4 (TR4) passing through Tiaong, Quezon, the area is expected to benefit from improved connectivity, shorter travel times, continued development, and long-term property value appreciation.
Interested buyers may conveniently view the complete property catalogue, detailed descriptions, bidding procedures, requirements, and submit bids from any location through the official PDIC e-bidding portal. Participation in the e-bidding requires a one-time registration at https://assetsforsale.pdic.gov.ph/Account/Register, which also provides access to future PDIC asset auctions.
All properties are offered on an “as-is, where-is” basis. The PDIC strongly encourages all prospective buyers to conduct thorough due diligence, including verification of property condition, ownership, and other relevant considerations. Participants are likewise advised to carefully review all Conditions of Bid prior to submission of bids. Participants bidding on behalf of another individual or an organization may also download free of charge, the pro-forma Special Power of Attorney and Secretary's Certificate, respectively, from the e-bidding portal.
Proceeds from the sale of PDIC-owned corporate assets are added to the Deposit Insurance Fund, the funding source for valid deposit insurance claims.
For more information on the e-bidding, interested buyers within Metro Manila may contact the PDIC Public Assistance Department at (02) 8841-4141 during office hours.
